HOW TO PLAN A B2B NEGOTIATION?

ONLINE REGISTRATION

Please read the participation, payment terms and TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS before signing up.

Online registration - fill in the details and your company profile. Describe briefly what you are offering, what you are looking for and under what conditions. Your profile will be visible during the entire registration process and can be edited until the closure of the registration period. Modification of your profile is simple, just sign in to your profile with your password and edit the data.

CHOICE OF B2B PARTNER FOR YOUR MEETING

As a registered Event participant, you will be asked by email approximately 10 days before the Event to select partners for your meetings according to your individual needs (so-called matching).

You can also be contacted at this time with a request for a meeting from another Event participants. It's up to you which meeting you accept. You can also decline the meeting, which will free up the capacity for your next B2B. Unless you reject the appointments, they will be automatically matched and entered in your B2B appointment schedule after the matching time ends.

MATCHING PROCEDURE

  • sign in to your profile with your password
  • open the 'List of participants' tab
  • read the profiles of participant
  • select the company you want to meet and click the 'Details' button and then the green 'Request a Meeting' button

HOW TO ACCEPT OR DECLINE THE REQUEST FOR A MEETING

  • sign in to your profile with your password
  • open the 'Meetings tab' to see your 'Own meeting requests' as well as other guests requests to meet you
  • explanation of options: Guest with status 'Waiting' - awaiting confirmation, 'Confirm' - accept the request, 'Delete'  - reject the application

SCHEDULE AND PROCESS OF B2B MEETINGS

TECHNICAL CONDITIONS
The event will be taking place on October 21, 2020, via the Zoom platform, which you can install via www.zoom.us.
To participate in the conference and online B2B meetings, you need a quality internet connection and a laptop with a webcam, a microphone (or other PC / tablet) on which you can connect to the event.

Please read the following technical and organizational INSTRUCTIONS carefully before registering. 

After the end of the matching period and a few days before the Event, you will receive a schedule of your meetings by the email. The schedule shall include information of the company name, the exact time and the number of the negotiating table. The maximum number of meetings depends on the number of participants and the time reserved for the meetings.

One B2B meeting lasts 15 minutes. The gong and spoken announcement will inform you of the approaching end of the meeting. Between meetings you will have 5 minutes time to prepare for the next meeting and to move to another table.

On the day of the Event it is possible to match additional B2B meetings in case of free capacities and mutual interest.

Please come to your meeting on time and well prepared.
